What does your LJ username mean?

I came across this idea on naimu's page, and her backstory is fascinating.

My LJ name is a combination of my name -- I use the Welsh version (Ysabet) of my given name (Elizabeth) as the familiar form -- and my role, wordsmith. (It took me a while to think of a translation of what I really meant by "role," which is neshay: "talent/vocation/profession," all three in one.) I say "wordsmith" because I am a writer, an editor, a memetic engineer, a hobby-linguist and xenolinguist, and so forth; there really isn't a solitary term for all of that. So I made one. Some people work metal. I work language. I am the Wordsmith ... and this is my Forge.

So what does your LJ name mean, and how did you come by it?
