Nominations open for Poetry and Patron categories!

For those of you following the Rose and Bay Award, the last two categories are now open for nominations:

Poetry
Patron

Poetry covers all manner of versification in the crowdfunding business model during 2009.  You may nominate up to three projects (but not your own).

Patron honors the wonderful people who put the "funding" into "crowdfunding" during 2009.  You may nominate up to three patrons whose efforts you appreciate (but not yourself).

The nomination period spans January 1-31, 2010. Voting will span February 1-28, 2010.

There has been a request for a "landing page" that will describe the Rose and Bay Award in general, with links to the nomination posts for all five categories.  I'll try to assemble that soon.  We've also had an offer to donate plaques for the winners, and some other ideas are floating around.  This project is ... growing faster than I expected.

Eee, squee!  Crowdfunding buffs are awesome people.

It's okay. These are more complicated posts than usual, with all the subtitles and indents to break up the long text. It took some fiddling to get mine right too.
