White Yule Pictures

Today is our Yule ritual.  It snowed just enough to dust the ground with white, so I took a few snapshots with my cheap camera.

Here is the hopper birdfeeder covered with snow.

This is one of my herb gardens.

The huge tree is Home Base, and you can see part of our yard.

This is the Midwinter Grove.

... and the best of today's snapshots, cat tracks in snow.

That's a great tree!
The snowy cat-tracks are cool - but I love your Home Base! :)
Home Base is special.

I love taking pictures of tracks. I've built up a fair number so far. When I have time, I want to do some posts that will show different tracks and talk about tracking.

Also, I love your naughty kitty icon.
Home Base is massively impressive. It's the sort of tree I'd expect to open onto a brugh.
Home Base is a mighty tree, friendly to known people and very protective. This is one of several Entish trees in our yard, awake enough to talk with people who enjoy conversing with trees.
how pretty!!!
Lovely!
