I don't shop for holiday gifting anyway... I make stuff, even if it's just a coupon for work on your car or 24 hours of work on a household project.

While my income is extremely variable, the value of my time and expertise is not, so they're not exactly cheap gifts.

I favor handmade gifts, too, and I enjoy receiving them.

Good point. Reckon I could say the same about some of what I do.
