Strange Fruits

I stumbled across this article about strange tropical fruits today. Some of my favorite unusual fruits include pomegranate, aprium, persimmon, mango, and plantain. What about you?

I eat prickly pears and star fruit with some regularity, and pomegranates in season. I also like custard apples, dragon fruit and mangosteen (though I haven't had it fresh, only dried so far) among others.
