I've made lavender and rose ice cream and sorbet. My household loves them both. I have friends who love durian, but not me. I admit I'm curious about the garlic ice cream. And I was in a coffee shop the other night, and they featured bacon maple scones, which were practically being fought over. I think bacon ice cream would be a hit in certain circles. (No, I won't be making that one.)
