Lavender ice cream is quite good. I've had chocolate covered lavender ice cream before. It was divine.

The rest of that list? Err... gods no.

I'd be willing to try the lavender ice cream, since I know that lavender can be used in cooking. But lavender usually doesn't appeal to me as a fragrance, so I tend to doubt that I'd like it better as a flavor.
