I'm browsing Kickstarter for possible games to back. I've seen a few things that aren't what I'm looking for, but seem amusing.
Catapult Feud: Hydra is a rare kinetic game that uses real miniature catapults. It is hyperfunded already with 8 days left.
Tarot Minchiate is a reproduction of a historic deck plus a book and game rules. It is hyperfunded with 3 days to go.

Tarot deck where people are small and the suit symbols, plants, animals and other supporting creatures are VERY LARGE!

A pretty deck, with a design that may prove useful to folks with some visual limitations if you want to be able to see the symbols easier.

Comprehensive game mechanics for including Characters with Disabilities, Mental Illness, and Neurodivergence in Fifth Edition
This looks brilliant. I don't play 5e, but I am thrilled to see someone pick up this thread. Long ago, Heroes of Legend introduced sexual and mental variants, with a note that most societies considered them Darkside Traits, but you could sort them however you wanted. It was a start. It also got stripped out of later editions because people whined. Fuck that, now we have this option. \o/ It's hyperfunded with 24 days to go, and the backing options list accommodations like dyslexia-friendly materials.
