"Rainshadow Road" belongs the Daughters of the Apocalypse series. It discusses herbalism.
The weather has been chilly here. It stormed one night, and we found out that a tornado touched down in a nearby town. Seen at the birdfeeders this week: a large flock of sparrows, a flock of house finches, a cardinal, several mourning doves, several dark-eyed juncos, and a fox squirrel.
