These pictures are from Friday, June 18 after the tree guys cleaned up the yard.
This is the view of the yard looking east. You can see one of the brushpiles.

This is the wood from the walnut tree.

The second brushpile is under the mulberry tree.

The goldenraintree survived mostly intact. It lost a few branches. There are a couple of broken ones that didn't get trimmed, but the worst is tidied up.

The walnut tree has just a stub at the base.

The barrel garden survived intact.

The purple and white garden has hostas blooming.

You can see a few flowers starting to open.

The septic garden has butterflyweed blooming, along with wild onions heading.

A bumblebee is feeding on the butterflyweed.

Yucca is blooming in the white garden.

Daylilies are blooming too.

Here's a closeup of the daylilies.

Asiatic lilies are blooming around the telephone pole.

The hollyhock has buds.

The wildflower garden is a tangle.

This is the mowed patch in the prairie garden when I sowed Little Bluestem. Much of the eastern edge has been notched to plant wildflower seeds too.
