Birdfeeding

Today is partly sunny and hot.  It's supposed to rain later.

I fed the birds.  I've seen house finches and grackles, also doves.  Wrens are investigating the new brushpiles and I've had no luck convincing them that these are not permanent brushpiles.  Hopefully nothing will try to nest there before we can move them.

I carried 2 armloads of kindling from the stack on the lawn to the rack on the patio, which is a good portion of the stuff small enough for me to budge.  \o/

EDIT 6/18/21 -- I picked half a bag of black raspberries.

EDIT 6/18/21 -- I cleared 3 spots in the prairie garden.
