EDIT 3/20/21: I forgot about chewelry (typically silicone) and other wearables.
freshbakedlady recommends Stimtastic for chewable jewelry, stim toys, and fidgets.
Adding some I've seen previously:
Arktherapeutic has primarily pendants and a few bracelets.
Munchables has chewable jewelry and other toys, including many multicolor pieces.
Therapy Shoppe has chewelry, chewies, and other items.
If you prefer strung beads to pendants, or a material other than silicone, search for teething beads. In addition to silicone, these also come in wood or string (knitted or crocheted).
Alexa Organics has loose beads and teething rings in crochet, silicone, or wood so you can make your own chewelry or other things.
Chewbeads has jewelry and other items for adults, children, and babies.
Handmade Palestine offers jewelry and teethers of wood and crochet.
