Birdfeeding
Today is sunny and mild with a brisk breeze.
I fed the birds. I saw a squirrel bounding through the yard. It parkoured over the picnic table instead of running underneath. :D
I gathered seedheads from the wild sunflowers near the east edge of the yard and planted them in the prairie garden.
EDIT 10/13/20 -- I gathered more wild sunflower seeds and planted them in the prairie garden. The ground is crunchy with dead leaves and they give off a spicy smell.
