Patak's Sweet Mango Chutney
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Spray a 9x9" baking dish with nonstick spray.
Put the chicken breasts in the baking dish. Spoon mango chutney over the breasts, about 2 tablespoons on each.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through, juices run clear, and the chutney is bubbling. Cottage cheese makes a good side dish for this.
