Egg Curry Variation

We made egg curry with:

1 jar of Patak's Mild Curry Simmer Sauce
1 can of diced potatoes
6 hard-boiled eggs 

We weren't impressed with the Mild Curry sauce; it mostly tasted like bell peppers.  Not bad, but nowhere near as good as the other flavors.  But using potatoes worked quite nicely.
