1 cup light vanilla yogurt
1 cup Ceres guava juice blend
1 mandarin orange
3/4 cup Great Value mixed fruit (pineapple, strawberries, peaches, mango)
1 teaspoon goji berry powder
a blob of Imperial Dragon coconut milk
After reading the smoothie cookbook, I wanted to try goji berries, which I've seen elsewhere. So we got whole ones and powder. The powder just has a vague fruity taste and basically disappears into the smoothie.
This one is light pinkish-orange, a little thicker than juice, with a very nice tropical flavor. It took a lot of blending, though, and I'm not sure why. (Using two frozen fruits will do that, which is why we usually mix fresh and frozen.)
