Birdfeeding
Today is partly sunny, mild, and calm.
I fed the birds. They hung around in nearby trees and then went right back to the feeder. :D I saw the blue jay in the forest garden.
We finished using the big loppers to cut down the branch ends in the ritual meadow. \o/ We now have one mixed pile of smaller pieces, then today it occurred to me that separating brushy stuff from straight kindling would make for less work later, so that's two more piles. Plus the loose sticks all over the place that will need to be picked up. But many of those are things I can work on by myself.
EDIT 4/30/20 -- Round Two, I sprayed weeds in the ritual meadow and savanna.
EDIT 4/30/20 -- Round Three, I cleaned the barrel garden and pulled weeds from the strip garden.
EDIT 4/30/20 -- Round Four, I stacked kindling in the ritual meadow. We saw a toad there earlier today.
As it is now dark, I am done for the night.
