Chocolate-dipped Strawberry Meringue Roses

 This looks delicious.  Regrettably, there is no actual rose flavoring in the recipe, but this is easily fixed by replacing the vanilla extract with rosewater.  You could also dip them in white chocolate or ruby chocolate, or even make Candy Cane roses with a drizzle of both.
