Dessert Recipes

These use frozen fruit.

Also, ice cream is better made with frozen, thawed fruit.  The ice crystals rupture the cells, releasing the juice and tenderizing the fruit.  If you use fresh fruit, it tends to freeze into little rocks.  :P
