"Honey-Roasted Peanut Butter Smoothie"
1 cup milk
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup ice
2 tablespoons homemade honey-roasted peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
dash of pumpkin pie spice
Add ingredients to a blender in the order listed. Process until smooth and foamy.
Serve immediately. We typically get enough for both of us, split approximately 1/3 for me and 2/3 for my partner.

We usually make smoothies with almond milk, but today we had farm-fresh cow milk that we need to use up while it's still good, so we used that.
The smoothie came out barely thicker than milk. A frozen banana might have worked better.
You can make honey-roasted peanut butter at home in a food processor or high-speed blender, or just buy some. I like the fact that the flavor came through but was not overwhelming. However, if you want more flavor or need more calories, just blob in more honey-roasted peanut butter until you're satisfied.
