Gendered Languages

 ... encourage discrimination against women.

Yeah, English needs a nongendered pronoun set.  I like Elverson: ey, em, eir.  It has the advantage of creating a singular nongendered set from the plural they set, so everyone already knows how to make it, you just omit "th" from the front.
