Show Me Your Aspics

Apparently savory aspics and sweet gelatins are popular online.  It should be noted that they divide into two subsets: delicious food that people actually eat, and art that uses theoretically edible media that nobody eats.  I am a big fan of creative jello desserts, but have little interest in inedible examples other than idle curiosity.
