Mindfulness at Work

Here are some good tips for small acts of mindfulness at work.  If you add little bits of calm and awareness to your routine, it builds up over time, without struggling to hack out big hunks of your day.  Some of these, like taking a walk without your phone, offer precious ways to recharge your willpower and other energy.
