Progress on Goals and Resolutions

The internet is rife with dismal observations about how many people fail their New Year's resolutions before the end of January. So I thought it would be nice to check in and see how folks are doing.

Here's my big list of goals.

As you can see, I'm smokin' it on checking the list, largely because we're still playing with the Vitamix and making lots of new recipes that I then log. I don't necessarily expect that to last all year, but so far so good. I have started working on at least 11 goals.  I am 1/4 done with marking the calendar.  I am almost done with [community profile] snowflake_challenge which will conclude at the end of January, and almost half done with the Rose & Bay Awards whose nomination period ends January 31.  I have made notes for 2 plant catalogs but haven't written out the orders yet.  A thriving half-price sale means I shouldn't need to do much whittling down of what I want.  :D  I am half done with marking recipes of interest, 2 cookbooks completed of the target 4.  We have made at least 15 recipes this month alone, and we are still  playing with the Vitamix.

I have already met 4 goals: selling a poem of 10 lines or less eligible for the Dwarf Stars Award, getting rid of one cookbook that didn't have any recipes we wanted to make, using a specific storyline as a fishbowl theme, and collating 3 poetic series into collections. \o/

EDIT 1/27/20 -- I finished setting up the catalog orders for Michigan Bulb Company and Oikos Tree Crops, so that goal is now complete.  :D  That makes 5 goals met.

What's up with your New Year's resolutions or goals?
