Containment Breaches

A lab working with bioweapons has been shut down after its second containment breach within a year. 

Seriously, I have supervillains with better lab safety than this.  >_<

If humanity kills itself off with this nonsense, it deserves to die.  I can just hear evolution screaming "You sorry sack of mediocrity!"
