Ruby chocolate is beginning to spread. :D We found a Chocolove Ruby Cacao bar recently. Unlike the stuff we got last year, this has no fruit filling or other ingredients. It only contains sugar, cocoa butter, milk, cocoa liquor, soy lecithin, citric acid, and vanilla. It still has that bright, sharp, fruity flavor and a distinct rosy pink tone. I have decided that I quite like ruby chocolate. There's poetry inside the wrapper, too, a nice surprise. Most highly recommended.
