There are still verses left in the linkback poems "The Open Gyre," "Growing Green, Growing Gold," "Mysterious and Impermanent," "Greater Than the Sum," "Nascent Wisdom," "A Lively Feast," "Between the Normal and the Abnormal," "Always Carry Your Goodness," "Crossroads on the Hero's Journey," "Gökotta," "May Everything," and "Sobremesa."

"The Candle Burns"
A hunter comes to the village.
574 lines, Buy It Now = $287

Victor and Igor strolled
through the market with
Adam toddling between them.

The harvest season brought
more vendors than usual
as people came in from
nearby valleys, along with
the traveling merchants

"If They Don't Appreciate Your Presence"
Maryam decides on a new approach to rudeness at a club.
65 lines, Buy It Now = $65

Maryam had been getting
busier and busier over
the last several years,
between taking on some
of her father's duties and
knowing the Queen

"More Listening Than Talking"
A farrier brings shoes for the centaurs.
802 lines, Buy It Now = $402

Ansel and Turq sat on the porch
of Conrad's house, waiting
for the farrier to arrive.

"Respecting Fire"
This inspired the free-verse poem "Respecting Fire," which touches on advice from various cultures.
21 lines, Buy It Now = $10

"Wanting a Little of Everything"
After several casual meetings, Shiv and Luci finally get together with Bennett for a deeper discussion about kink in general and switching in particular.
1132 lines, Buy It Now = $566

Shiv and Lucy had agreed
to meet Bennett at the Finn house.

Everyone else would be out doing
other things today, so they'd have
the basement to themselves for
a quiet little conversation that
didn't need an audience

These are poems 3 and 4 in a quartet that begins with "Until Someone Lives in Them" and "What Survives the Whole Process."

"A Form of Escapism"
Not all designers like the one-month challenge, but this gives Penny and the Pit Group some interesting ideas.
291 lines, Buy It Now = $146

Fortressa and the Pit Group
sprawled around the living room,
using their laptop computers, or in
Toggle Key's case, the video wall

"Thrust to the Level"
Many battlesuits are built by hacks. Fortressa is not impressed. Penny is downright appalled.
162 lines, Buy It Now = $81

Fortressa knew that her skill
in Super-Gizmology was
well above average, but
this was getting ridiculous

These two free-verse poems go together and introduce Broken Angels, a Lincoln-based spinoff from Shiv.

"The Caliber of People"
Faster Blaster sets up in Lincoln, Nebraska and begins looking for people to form a gang.
270 lines, Buy It Now = $135

Faster Blaster appreciated Boss White
giving him a boost over to Lincoln.

He couldn't stay in Omaha, since
he loved guns and Boss White
really didn't after the incident
with the disintegration beam

"Dissolving the Barrier"
Lincoln policeman Ned Sterling observes little changes in town and helps out one of the homeless boys.
990 lines, Buy It Now = $495

Ned Sterling drove slowly through
a dilapidated neighborhood of Lincoln.

Most of the houses were small, sprinkled
with a few larger ones that had been
divided into shoebox apartments
or converted to boarding houses.
