Thursday is Thanksgiving. Ideally it's a time to gather with friends and family, to give thanks for the good things in our lives.  What are you thankful for?

However, it has a dark history.  I like to be subversive.  Consider exploring traditional foodways and native recipes.  Among our dishes are mashed squash and a green bean casserole.  ;)

Holidays can also be stressful.  Here are some general tips for Thanskgiving relief.  Know how to cope with grief or being alone.  Dysfunctional family dynamics may require extra skills.
