Blood Trouble

I have mentioned before that institutionalized racism lives on in the blood quanta of tribal membership.  Here's a post that talks about the Bureau of Indian Affairs plan to stop issuing its Certificate Degree of Indian Blood, and more details appear here.  If you look at the left sidebar of the first post, there's a lot of material about tribal disenrollment, including this one about genocide.
