Today's Adventures

We went up to the farmer's market this morning.  The main goal was to buy ingredients for making a big batch of spaghetti sauce tomorrow, which we did.  Mostly heirloom tomatoes of assorted styles.  One vendor had pawpaws, but alas, they were pathetically small and green so I didn't buy any.  We did find someone with carnival squash, which we love, and got one of those.  And there were ginger gold apples!  :D 3q3q3q!!!  I haven't had any of those in several years, so I bought enough to make a pie.  <3
