Friday Yardening
Today has been mild and gray. We spent much of the day running errands, then shoveled ash out of the firepit.
My sage is blooming with pale lavender flowers. So is the beebalm in the strip garden, slightly more pinkish. Most herbs have edible flowers, so I have been eating these. If you like salads, fresh flowers make a beautiful and tasty topping.
