You've been picked!

I currently blog from a cafe. I'm still working on moving to a little store of my own, but meanwhile I've talked with the cafe owner about testing new (gluten-free) recipes on the customers and blogging about'em.

Of course currently I'm still stuck with gloomy results. "The fruit salad is yummy! And it should be super nutritious, loaded with blueberries! And...it made me sick, because blueberries, strawberries, and grapes are likely to be contaminated with glyphosate residues, and apparently at least a few of the ones in my salad bowl were."

But let us all press on...(and let everyone please remember to e-mail your local elected officials about the urgent need to speed up the complete disappearance of glyphosate from our environment, as this overused "herbicide" could easily lead to selective human genocide...)

That's a great idea. You might check my recipe list; some of the things I make are gluten-free. Not long ago I posted a mole dry rub, which might appeal to people who are sad about giving up wheat-flour-based meat coatings.
