Green & Black's Organic Milk Chocolate lists 34% cacao. It's a good basic milk chocolate, smooth and creamy, a little smoky. Interestingly, it has a dark and dusty note too. If you like the dusky aspect of dark chocolate but not the bitterness, try this.
