The YMCA in Mattoon hosted a "Sunday Sampler" today with 20-minute versions for many of their classes. I tried out the T'ai Chi, which was a lot more appealing than I expected -- the time really flew, and it wasn't hard to do. Sadly, that one's only offered in the morning and I am so not a morning person. There were two different sessions of yoga, which were okay. I made a brief attempt at another exercise class, but bailed inside of 5 minutes. Whereas the other instructors were very inclusive, that one really wasn't. But 3 out of 4 is much better odds than I've ever seen before, so I'm calling it good. It was kind of fun to get out and do stuff.
