Iceland is now the first country to require equal pay for equal work . All of the other so-called "civilized" nations still allow cheating people who don't have a penis. (I know, penis =/= man, but lots of people think it does and they're the kind of people who like to pay women less. May as well call a spade a spade, when they intend to pay for pecker.)
