EDIT 10-31-17: The ham is almost done. The house smells intensely of oranges. There are no actual oranges in the recipe; for some reason, roasting mango puree makes it smell like oranges. :D The yams have been peeled and put on to boil for Mashed Yams with Halva (dairy-free).
