The weather has turned colder. We saw a little snow farther north, but only rain here. We are supposed to have a new furnace installed on Wednesday. As the new provider has been reliable thus far, I am hopeful this will actually occur. This week at the birdfeeder I have seen many sparrows and also a downy woodpecker.
