Good News

* Due to current political issues, I'm double-stacking today's social safety network posts. This one is for HAPPY topics. The other one is for UNHAPPY topics.

Good news includes all the things which make us happy or otherwise feel good. It can be personal or public. We never know when something wonderful will happen, and when it does, most people want to share it with someone. It's disappointing when nobody is there to appreciate it. Happily, blogging allows us to share our joys and pat each other on the back.

Ah.. well actually, we bought the house we currently occupy and were renting. Because the payments on the mortgage are less than rent, and we're not subject to council restrictions.

Twice within the past week, I've gotten compliments on my (not purchased from the department that goes with my "birth gender") top -- once from a friend, and once from a stranger. Always pleasant to get confirmation of my identity, and better off when I don't have to hide it from others.

I've completed all of my coursework for my two classes. I hope I at least pass or do well, it wasn't easy doing it while working full-time.

In spite of risk factors, such as diabetes & high cholesterol, according to the recent exam, my eyes have no deposits, retinas are firmly attached, & optic nerves are healthy.
