LiveJournal Changes

LiveJournal has changed its format again, which makes it harder for me to navigate, again.  Without warning or option, of course.  Does anyone know if there's a way to reset it to the previous version this time?

The navigation bar has changed, so it covers more of the page and is much less usable. The profile page likewise. The inservice post function has rearranged things, which is annoying, but it is larger and more legible, so that doesn't entirely suck.

I wish people would stop changing things and making them worse. I swear, someone could probably make a mint by writing computer programs and promising not to change them after the initial bugs have been fixed.
Ah, so that was the thing that got worse. I was wondering.

I basically gave up on LJ's UI when they introduced the stupid feed that you get when you go to your friends page without logging in.
I rarely use the friends page and never without logging in.
