I was thinking Arnold Schwarzenegger in Junior. Why should we assume this was a question posed by a female?

Not to mention the trans-gendered man who is bearing his and his wife's child. I forget where -- somewhere in the US. He was a woman before his sex change, and his female parts were never removed. So, he can carry a child, implanted as with many infertile couples.

Ah yes. I haven't heard about that couple recently. It raises some interesting questions.
