Good News

Good news includes all the things which make us happy or otherwise feel good. It can be personal or public. We never know when something wonderful will happen, and when it does, most people want to share it with someone. It's disappointing when nobody is there to appreciate it. Happily, blogging allows us to share our joys and pat each other on the back.

What good news have you had recently?

Well, the council finally got off their asses and processed the paper work for us buying our home from them. Turns out, they want considerably less than we expected. So our future mortgage payments will be rather significantly less than our current rent.

Assuming all the stars align, we could have a bit more leeway in our monthly budget.
And that's very good news indeed!

That is so exciting! I hope it works out for you.
Well, that's enough for me to be very glad I opened this post even though fatigue's been riding high! Congratulations!
I finally found TWO gallon jugs of fish emulsion fertilizer here in town. I was afraid I'd have to order them and then wait for them to arrive.
:^)
*green corn dance*

One of the hand-me-downs from our Cherokee ancestors is that fish bits got buried in the garden after cleaning dinner. :D And fish emulsion is the family favorite fertilizer.
BTW: According to Google, it's Red Nose Day.

Yesterday was our 25th wedding anniversary.
*fanfare* *confetti* That's quite an accomplishment.
Thank you. Best of all, we still like each other & enjoy spending time together.
