Tuesday Yardening

Today we raked and cleared the second half of the raspberry patch in the ritual meadow.  I took a short break, then hustled back out to throw down some grass seed before the rain started.  It was just sprinkling then, and is raining more steadily now. I hope we get a nice, gentle, soaking rain to water all the flowers.

The grass and clover seed that I sowed earlier between the house and driveway is sprouting.  Little green dots of clover leaves everywhere, and the grass just peeking through.

The nannyberry thicket is blooming.
