The weather is clear today, but it was raining yesterday. Seen at the bird feeders this week: large flock of sparrows, several mourning doves, and a pair of cardinals. Snowdrops are done blooming, crocus almost done, early daffodils fading but others still going strong. Currently blooming: crocus, daffodils, Cornelian cherry dogwood, forsythia, apricot tree, plum tree, violets, hyacinths. There are a few flowers on the Manchurian apricot too. Leafing out: crabapples, pasture rose.
