This is how I often eat. Sometimes we have slab-o-meat with veggies around it, but more often, we have grain or veggie something with bits of meat. We're also fond of Indian cuisine so we have cookbooks with vegetarian main dishes. I need some animal flesh to shut off my appetite, but I don't actually need large amounts of it.
I had a spiralized potato once. They are incredibly good. I keep watching but I have not seen another opportunity.
