I can see that. If we're looking at specifically Sesame Street muppets, I've got another contender, or pair of contenders - Bert and Ernie. I've had the opinion that at least one of them is part of the Broader Autistic Phenotype for a few years now.

Bert appears to have OCD at least. The Count may be autistic. I don't think Oscar is autistic; he's an immigrant, and uncomfortable in his surrounding culture.
