I still have my old My Buddy doll from when I was a kid. I think the company that made them may also have made a girl version, not sure. Anyway, I know they came in blonde and brunette, and mine is brunette. And though he still identifies as male, Buddy lost his original clothes ages ago, and I now have him dressed in a pink baby onesie that used to belong to my little sister. Check the icon.

Only real annoying things about My Buddy dolls is 1. They have soft bodies but hard heads. 2. The hat was sewed on, Mom had to cut it off. 3. The hair is scratchy. Numbers 1 and 3 are why he sleeps beside my bed, not in it with me.
