Hmm, not what I was thinking, actually. Just from what you said, I was in mind of something I did during my brief altered book period: one of my spreads (it was a group project) was on two pages of a lowbrow mystery novel where the words "snake eyes" appeared no fewer than eight times. (They were playing dice, I suppose.) I covered all the words except for all the incidents of "snake eyes," and across the rest of the pages it was all jungles and creepy eyes.

Different sort of thing, I guess. ;P
