But it still perpetuates the stereotype that obese people eat all the time, which is usually not the case. I've heard of a few exceptions of people who eat a whole loaf of bread for breakfast and such, but that's not typical.
Becoming sedentary is how I gained all my weight, and becoming active and moving around is how I've been losing it. Meanwhile, my "diet" is every kids' dream: ice cream cone for breakfast, cookies for lunch, cake for dinner... haha :X I lost 30 lb in the last year eating this way, so anyone who says if you eat it you'll get fat is full of shit. :D
