Eco-Friendly Building Design

When designing new houses and other buildings, it helps to use sustainable methods and materials. Sometimes this is cheaper than conventional building, but often it's more expensive. Natural building techniques are especially useful if you want a new outbuilding rather than a home: a garage, toolshed, greenhouse, barn, sauna, etc.
