I was amazed at the range of sound the musician could make with a flute that had only three holes plus the open end.
This supports my personal belief that the Neanderthals were more human-like than the scientists are willing to allow.
Hmm. They were hunters. I wonder if the flutes were also used to communicate over long distances?
